Airy room and staff is always polite and exceptional.
This excellent city centre hotel is equal to 4 stars. There is an electric kettle, a microwave oven and central heating - that's always a plus. Moreover, it has very good wi-fi, really handy. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Everything was wonderful, so were great views over the garden. The location was marvellous and fab and train stations was walk from the hotel. A Christmas market and a market were right next door. The room was spotless and updated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

We were disappointed that we got very little sleep during our stay as the apartment above us made so much noise. Also the day we wanted to sleep in as we had exhausting weeks we were woken bt a fire alarm. The noise spooky out stay which is a shame because the accomodation was clean and comfortable.

The location was absolutely perfect - ease of access to Chapel Arts Centre. And the area was shopping, short walk to railway station and city center, all shopping facilities, and supermarkets...

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the central bus and train stations. My two-bedroom apartment was spacious, equipped with a well-functioning kitchen, and fast free Wi-Fi,. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Limited hot water timing could be inconvenient.

The location is perfect and the place absolutely spotless. We had reservations first about staying in an apartment instead than in a regular hotel but now is going to be very difficult to stay anywhere else.
the only possible downside is that the Bed was a bit uncomfortable (not perfect)

Staying at the saco was a treat. It's just 2 minutes from the station and steps from shops and the abbey. The apartment was super clean and cozy, with thick towels and a comfy bed. Having a kitchen and dining area was handy. The breakfast basket was a nice touch, with everything needed for a great start to the day.
